Ramadan is one of the five requirements (or pillars) of Islam. During each of its 30 days, Muslims are obligated to fast from dawn until sunset. We can bless their efforts by praying that this time around each one will find the real quench to their thirst, the living waters only found in Jesus Christ our Lord.
Our intercession for Muslims needs to be
motivated by love. Our model is Jesus –
who, while we were yet sinners, loved us
and died for us. Romans 5:8
